About the Experience

What can I expect from the event? Water Lantern Festival is a family-friendly, social, and participatory event where attendees decorate and release personalized lanterns onto the water at sunset, creating a beautiful and contemplative experience. The event usually includes live music, food trucks, and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for families, couples, and groups. Normally, each ticket includes a kit with a lantern, markers for decorating it, and access to the entertainment. The festival is committed to the environment, and all lanterns are collected after the event. It is a memorable and visually stunning experience, perfect for sharing and connecting.
Where is the experience located? The event will take place in Parque Rey Juan Carlos, at the north pond (Barajas, 28042 Madrid).
Is the experience held indoors or outdoors? This experience is held outdoors. If, due to the weather forecast, the event cannot be held, we will notify you by email at the same address associated with your Fever account. When in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last? You usually spend 4 hours at this experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue? You will be able to purchase food and drinks at this event.
Is parking available? There is a parking lot near the pyramid, close to the north pond. Otherwise, there are several parking lots around the entire park.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Check the experience page for up-to-date information on availability, as confirmed dates and times are listed there.
Is there virtual reality? This experience does not feature virtual reality.
Is there a dress code? No.
Will merchandise be for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the store.

About Tickets

Where can I get tickets? On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the box office? There will be a box office for the sale of lanterns at the venue. However, lanterns may sell out before you arrive at the event, so we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? No, you will not be able to transfer your tickets to another person for this event.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? We may be able to help you reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type that has not sold out. Contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. If you want to make the change, contact us and include the Ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated to change the date and/or time. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Is smoking allowed? The experience will take place outdoors; smoking is permitted.
Do you offer tickets for assistants? Attendees who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or companion. For this experience, you just need to show proof of the need for a companion ticket at the entrance, and the companion will be able to enter for free.
Is the experience accessible to deaf or visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be bathrooms available at the venue? This venue has bathrooms. Please ask our staff at the venue to point you in the right direction.
