What to Expect

The event is entirely outdoors and lasts around 4 hours. Gates open with live music already playing and food vendors running. You'll receive your lantern kit at check-in — take your time decorating it, walk around, find your spot. As the sun sets, the team guides everyone to the water's edge for the launch. After the release, stay and watch the lanterns drift before the event closes.

Opening hours: The festival starts at 4:00 PM, and the lanterns will be released between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. About the experience

What is the Water Lantern Festival? The Water Lantern Festival is a magical and unforgettable event where families, friends, and communities come together to celebrate life, love, and hope. People of all ages and backgrounds gather for an evening filled with inspiration and connection. As thousands of lanterns float across the water, their soft glow reflecting in the night, you'll experience a breathtaking scene that creates lasting memories and touches the heart.
Who does it benefit? The Water Lantern Festival is a for-profit event, but we are proud to give back by supporting charities and non-profit organizations at each of our events. You can visit the event page for more information on the local charity partners we're working with in your area. Our goal is to offer donation opportunities, raise awareness, and build strong, lasting relationships with these impactful organizations.
Where is the experience located? The experience is located within Paris. The venue will be revealed soon.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to the weather, you will be contacted by email at the address associated with your Fever account. If in doubt, please feel free to check your spam folder.
What time do the lanterns launch? The lantern launch window typically begins at sunset and will continue for 1-2 hours until everyone has had an opportunity to launch their lantern into the water.
What time should I arrive? You can arrive whenever you like. The event usually begins about three hours before sunset. We recommend arriving at least one hour before sunset to fully enjoy everything the festival has to offer! For more information, please consult the official Water Lantern Festival guide, which will be sent by email to all attendees one week before the event.
How long does the experience last? Visitors spend an average of 4 hours at this experience.
Will there be food and beverage? You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Is there parking available? There is no assigned parking at this venue. Attendees will be directed to nearby street parking. We also recommend rideshare and public transport options.
Will more sessions be added? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that more dates will be added. Please check the event page for availability and confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code? There is no specific dress code for this experience. Casual wear will do just fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! Merchandise will be available for purchase.
What if there is bad weather? We're committed to holding our events, come rain or shine. The safety and enjoyment of our participants are our top priorities, and we closely monitor weather conditions in collaboration with the city and venue. In the event of unsafe weather or if local authorities advise, we may need to postpone the event to a later date. If this happens, you'll be promptly notified via email, and our social media pages and website will be updated accordingly.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? For this event, all sales are final and tickets can't be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? We recommend arriving at the time shown on your ticket, but you can arrive in the next few minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? This event is pet-friendly - feel free to bring yours!
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? For the safety of all guests, weapons and drugs are not allowed in the premise of the event.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, however, no chairs will be provided, and guests will be seated on the grass of the park, we advise guests to plan accordingly.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has limited restrooms, however, portable restrooms will be available to accommodate the guests —please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? Lost & Found section will be located at the Merchandise Tent. We would recommend you to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
